User Agreement

1. Basic conditions and definitions

1.1 Website hadassa.co.uk (the Site) is a private information resource.

1.2 Each person (the user), who interacts with the Site, accepts the conditions set out in this agreement.

1.3 Content management on the site is carried out by Site Administration.

1.4 The Site Administration has the right to make changes and / or additions to the User Agreement without notice and notification about them, if necessary.

1.5 Site Administration recommends users to check regularly the conditions of this Regulation with a view to changes and / or additions. Continued use of the Site by the User after changes and / or additions to these Terms are made, constitutes users’ acceptance of and consent to such amendments and / or additions.

2. Registration on the Site and User status

2.1 Registration is voluntary, free of charge and is made by link: http://hadassa.co.uk /create-an-account/

2.2 At login on the site, user must provide the Site Administration with needed reliable and relevant information.

2.3 With fact of registration the User confirms his consents to the provision and processing of his personal data by Site Administration.

2.4 With fact of registration user gives permission to send him e-mail messages, information SMS-mailing, etc., from the Site Administration.

3. Confidentiality and responsibilities of the Site Administration

3.1 Site Administration retains all Users’ data, entered during registration.

3.2 The Site Administration agrees not to disclose personal information to third parties.

4. The rights and obligations of the websites users.

4.1 The Site user undertakes not to transfer his login and password to third-party individuals.

4.2 The user has the right to refuse / block registration and delete his personal data, by notifying the administration of the Site on e-mail: support@hadassa.ua

4.3 The user has the right decline receiving information mail out, by notifying the administration of the site on e-mail: support@hadassa.ua

5. Final Conditions.

5.1 This agreement is based on Ukrainian legal system.

5.2 All the disputes the parties agreed to resolve through negotiations.
